Ethical Code and Organizational Model 231
TECNO IN adopts the Organizational Model 231 in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, which introduced into national law the regulations on the administrative liability of entities with legal personality, as well as companies and associations without legal personality.
This initiative has been undertaken with the belief that it can serve as a tool to raise awareness among corporate bodies, employees, and all other involved parties (clients, suppliers, partners, collaborators, etc.), encouraging them to adopt proper and transparent behavior, thereby preventing the risk of committing offenses outlined in the applicable legislation.
